International Customs & Tax
All International orders may be subject to additional fees (including duties, import taxes, brokerage or customs fees) upon delivery and return delivery, we cannot control additional fees and we are not responsible for such fees. Customs delays are common and we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.
Shipping & Handling
Standard shipping is free for Australia and can take between 4-6 working days.
Standard shipping is free for International and can take between 10-15 working days.
Please note that for all shipments, we are not responsible for lost of stolen packages and can not ship out replacement packages or refund the value of your purchased item/s or shipping charges.
In the event that a delivery address is submitted incorrectly or mistyped when an order is placed, we assume no responsibility. We will work to get the package to you, though an address error can incur a turnaround time of up to 3 months.
Returns
Online purchases may be returned for a refund (for the cost of the item excluding shipping cost/s) or exchange within 30 days of purchase date by emailing hello@huckleberryandco.com with the date of purchase, order number and email address used for purchase.
Note that any shipping cost/s will not be refunded.
The product must be returned unused and in original condition, with all original packaging and no signs of wear. If the band is returned worn, $50AUD will be deducted from the return amount. In good faith we will provide a $50 discount to be used on a future purchase.
The product is subject to final inspection before your refund is processed. By receiving a refund, you release us from any liability. Please allow 5-10 days to receive the refund. All refunds will be made by the same method as the initial purchase.
Returns and exchanges are exclusive to purchases via huckleberryandco.com only.
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Warranty
Our watches come with a 1 year limited warranty.
Huckleberry & Co. Watches guarantees that your timepiece will be free of material and workmanship defects and warrants the dependable functioning of its entire movement. If your timepiece malfunctions within the one year period, we will repair your watch. Components are subject to availability.
Huckleberry & Co. Watches does not cover internal or external damage resulting from abuse or mishandling. Use in saunas, hot tubs or excessively hot water or normal wear and aging from scratches and abrasions to the crystal, case, band, or buckle. Unauthorized alterations or tampering through the addition or substitution of parts, batteries or accessories not supplied by Huckleberry & Co. Watches will not be covered. Watches purchased from an unauthorized dealer are not warranted.
